1.) Return Policies

Singles: Because of constant market fluctuations we do not offer a Return Policy on Magic Singles. We do guarantee the conditions listed for all of our cards, and therefore if you are unhappy with the condition of any card you receive from us simply return the card(s) back within 10 days for a full refund or exchange.

Products/Accessories: If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of any products or accessories, please return it to us within 10 days for a full Refund or exchange. All of our items are guaranteed to arrive undamaged. Damaged items are not subject to restocking fees, see restocking below for all other returns.

 2.) Non-Receipt of Order

USPS: If you chose USPS as your shipping option please be aware that we do NOT guarantee the arrival, or arrival time of your package. All orders in the USA have delivery confirmation included, and we will gladly provide you with a tracking number. This unfortunately offers you no promise from the USPS. We guarantee that each MTGChicago.com order is packaged and shipped promptly the next business day. If you do not agree to release MTGChicago.com of any liability regarding the loss or delay of a shipment, please read the UPS guaranteed shipping options below.

UPS: All UPS shipping options are fully insured and traceable for both Domestic and International deliveries. When we ship your order with a UPS shipping option an email from Quantum View is sent to you with your items tracking number. This number can be used to find out exactly where in transit your package currently is. You can access this tracking data by entering the tracking number into the UPS.com website. If you have any concerns about your package arriving we strongly suggest that you choose a UPS shipping option, it is 100% guaranteed, every time.

 

3.) Product Returns & Restocking Fees

All products you purchase from us are guaranteed to arrive undamaged, contact us immediately if there is a damaged item in your package. If you fail to inform us within 2 days of delivery we will not accept your return. On all returned items there will be a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned to us within 10 business days.  Please return items quickly. Any items returned because of damages are not subject to these restocking fees. Refused or Undeliverable packages subject to 15% restocking fee.

 

4.) Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order or limit the quantity of an order at any time for any reason without prior notification. You will however be immediately notified of the reasons your order was canceled. Any payment associated with your order will be refunded immediately. Please Note: Orders are very rarely canceled. The most common reason for an order to be cancelled is “Pending” Status, IE unpaid order that should have been paid via Paypal. We typically notify the buyer or wait 2 full business days before voiding the order and returning the items to our inventory. If for any reason your order is canceled and you have not received a full refund for those canceled items, please call us at 773-736-4263. All Canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

5.) Out of stock

On occasion our inventory is listed incorrectly and an item you purchased is currently out of stock. When this happens we will notify you via e-mail as soon as the error is realized. Next, we will credit your account immediately, or you may request that the balance be refunded to you through the payment method you used to pay us. ( Like Paypal for example.)

6.) Number of Accounts per Address

Each address can have only 1 account. The exception to this restriction would be for large apartment buildings or similar living arrangements.  E-mail us if you somehow fall under this exception. We have this restriction in place to prevent abuse from multiple accounts wanting to use coupons or promotions that we run on occasion.

7.) Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders on singles are not guaranteed to arrive on a certain date. This is based on the stipulation that our product order could be limited by our suppliers without notice. This has never happened to us, but we do realize the potential risk is there. Should an order need to be cancelled an e-mail and full refund will be sent.
